Delivery Policy

Free Delivery to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland normally within 5 working days. We do not deliver to Great Britain or any other countries.

Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you have the right of withdrawal. You can return any item to us unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason for the return. To return your product free of charge contact Customer Service on 046 94 83100 or email info@bluestone.ie. Please include your invoice with your return. After we receive the goods we will refund you the value of the goods within two weeks, provided that the invoice has already been paid.

After the 14 day cooling off period has expired you still have the right to return an item if it displays a defect or fault within the legal guarantee period. Please keep your Invoice in a safe place as it serves as proof of guarantee period.
