Originally set up in 1993 as a BRITA subsidiary for Ireland we focus on innovative household brands that offer reliability and value, working in partnership with market leading brands including BRITA, Severin, Leifheit, Soehnle, Kitchen Devil, Russel, Fiskars, Packmate and E-Cloth.
We are the sole distributors in Ireland and Northern Ireland of BRITA water filters, the market leaders in water filtration, who just celebrated their 50th anniversary in 2017.
Primarily based in Trim, Co. Meath, we serve our customers with a dedicated sales team that operates throughout the country ensuring all of our customer’s needs are catered for in their own unique way, ensuring the high quality of customer service and satisfaction.

Where can I recycle my BRITA Cartridges?
You can recycle all of your old BRITA products by sending them back to:

There is an issue with my product. What can I do?

The memo on my BRITA jug needs replacing. Can you help?
Yes we can! Send us a picture of the memo through the contact form and we’ll send you an easy to install replacement.
What are the delivery charges and how long will it take for my product to arrive?
Delivery is free on all orders and usually takes 2-3 working days, when ordering within Ireland.
Is my product under warranty and how long is it for?
You will find the length of warranty for the product that you are interested in on the product description on the shop page. If you don’t see a warranty listed, simply contact us and we can verify warranty details with you.
Water is taking longer than expected to flow through my BRITA water filter. How do I fix this?
Before you put a new BRITA water filter in your jug submerge it under water and shake it, ensuring that it is fully saturated. Then, when you then put it in your jug, the flow should speed up with the more use it gets.
