The Severin FS 3609 vacuum sealer is a convenient kitchen appliance with a power of 170 watts.

It features an indication light for easy operation. The vacuum sealer offers a fully automatic suction and bag-sealing process, making it efficient and user-friendly.

It includes 5 vacuum bags measuring 20 x 30 centimetres, suitable for sous-vide vacuum cooking.

The appliance also comes with cable storage for neat organization.

Frozen goods can maintain their typical flavour and colour when sealed with this vacuum sealer. It helps avoid freezer burn and preserves minerals.

Intermittent operation – The appliance is designed for intermittent operation only, ie it must be allowed to cool down for around 20 seconds after each cycle, before it can be used again.

Also, to prevent overheating, it must be allowed to cool down for two minutes after a total operating time of 10 minutes.

Replacement bags – Any regular vacuum foil bags with a knobbed surface structure on one side may be used with this appliance. This type of surface allows optimum air extraction.

The width of the bag must not exceed 30 cm.
